Wiseman Consulting Limited is supporting a Legal500 recommended, UK based multi-office global firm with the search for a Commercial Litigation Partner 10+ PQE to join their growing Litigation Department.

The Role

We seek a Commercial Litigation Partner from 10+ PQE. We recommend that Senior Associates or Partners with higher levels of experience should also apply as the firm is always seeking the highest levels of talent and often has more senior roles available.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to excel in commercial litigation while contributing to the growth and success of our firm through their commercially focused mindset and approach.

The firm focuses on a range of matters within Commercial Litigation Law including contract and commercial claims, debt recovery and insolvency, director, shareholder, and partnership disputes, property litigation, professional negligence, public law and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

Work will include;

• Managing a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, from inception to resolution, showcasing a high level of legal expertise and strategic thinking.
• Conducting comprehensive legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients, ensuring the highest standards of representation.
• Collaborating closely with clients, legal experts, and stakeholders to build robust cases and resolve commercial disputes effectively.
• Actively contributing to the development and implementation of case strategies and legal solutions to achieve optimal outcomes.
