The Role

You will be a qualified Solicitor with a good depth of experience with 2+ PQE and knowledge in the commercial property sector and looking to develop your career with a respected regional law firm.

You will have strong technical skills and a commercial mindset, with the ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively with clients and colleagues. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Work includes, but is not limited to:

• Conducting due diligence on commercial property transactions, including title searches, planning and environmental issues, and property surveys
• Providing strategic advice to clients on commercial property issues, including risk management, taxation, and financing
• Representing clients in negotiations and disputes related to commercial property transactions, including mediation and arbitration.
