Wiseman Consulting is supporting one of the oldest and most successful firms in Gloucestershire to recruit a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor for their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor from 3+ PQE to work alongside a highly experienced team in the corporate department.
Our client is a personal & commercial law firm operating from their offices in Stroud and Gloucester. They have excellent experience in the Conveyancing, Family, Corporate, Commercial and Private Client sectors.
The firm has a big focus on the providing simple and uncomplicated legal services with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
The Role
We are searching for a commercially aware Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with at least 3+ PQE to join our growing team.
Strong networking and business development skills will be important, and a commercially aware background will be required to be successful. You will take an active role all aspects of the firms marketing and networking activities.
You will have a good understanding of company law and excellent technical skills with the ability to work on technically demanding contracts.
You will manage varied caseloads and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with your clients and commercial contracts focusing on plain English and be able to work effectively within a wider collaborative team.
