The Role
We are searching for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with at least 3+ PQE to join the team in Cheltenham.
The Corporate & Commercial team is growing, and we are looking for a commercially minded and highly motivated individual to join the team.
You will deliver tailored legal solutions to a wide range of both private and business clients and foster long term client relationships.
The role is split between technical corporate work and the ongoing development of the commercial department, working closely with the director you will deliver high quality advice on a variety of projects and commercial contracts with a wide range of complexity.
